Do you wear underwear or no underwear?

I went a while without wearing any, then started wearing them again, I don’t remember why. And I’m considering going back to no underwear.

I do. I dislike the feeling and like having a barer against discharge and period getting on my pants. Plus I don’t wash my pants every time I wear them, I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing that if I didn’t wear underwear.

It’s actually kinda better to not wear it, depending on the outfit and situation, you shouldn’t wear it to bed though(unless you’re on your period and use pads).  I rarely do. If you look it up there are a lot of benefits to not wearing them, it can even decrease the amount of discharge you have!

Never unless wearing a shorter dress/skirt or on my period.  I read somewhere about letting it breath more was healthier because underwear, even cotton, could just be a bacteria factory allowing your ph to get out of wack quick.  I had been having issues smelling and feeling gross despite taking regular showers, eating a balanced diet, and taking probiotics and once I stopped wearing underwear all the time I saw a HUGE improvement.

I only don’t wear them at night. I tried it once all the fabrics off the bottoms was all stuck to me so was I wiped I was like what....WTF...oh yeah ok no no more. I just don’t feel clean plus if there is discharge it’s all over your bottoms and feel gross

I wear them during the day, but once I get home from work they come off. If I'm wearing the Nike tempo shorts w/built in underwear I don't wear anything.

Cant you get infections or something if you dont wear anything for a long time??

I stopped wearing underwear a long time ago, and now only do so when I’m on my period. It’s so much more comfortable for me, especially now that all I wear for pants is leggings, and thongs are very uncomfortable to me.
