Really really need some advice!

So I've had my period for 3 days now and I've had the copper coil removed for 3 months normally my period was heavy and red blood but the last two period cycles I've had have been very brown blood, pretty much no bright red blood which I usually get. I'm 90% sure I either have Polycystic ovaries as I have facial hair, hair thinning always have spots and irregular period dates or pelvic inflammatory disease I also have IBS and haemorrhoids.
