SMEP Method? Any experience?

Anyone have any experience with the SMEP method of TTC? Any positive results?

I've tried it for the first month just got to wait a week to see the outcome now eeekkkk

I tried it last month we had a chemical will be doing it again this month hoping for a Christmas miracle

We tried it in August with preseed and got our BFP but it was also a chemical pregnancy. We haven't been as diligent since, so we're still ttc.

I'm thinking about trying it this month - or as close to it as we can get with my husbands work schedule.
