Day 42 of my cycle? Need help!

I am so confused at the moment as my cycles are usually 29-33 days long and here I am on day 42 - I tested last week and got a negative. Initially I thought I had ovulated somewhere around the 6th of February as I had a positive opk on the 5th but no period or positive test came - then I had all the signs of ovulation again around the 15th of February but I wasn’t testing as I thought it had already happened if I did ovulate then I’m guessing I should be coming on this weekend or a positive test at some point.

On Thursday (25th) I had a tiny bit of dark brown spotting when I wiped and assumed that my period was on its way but two days later I still have nothing and no more spotting (I don’t usually have any spotting at all pre period but I thought as my cycle is longer it may change things)

I am going to take another hpt on Monday if period still hasn’t come as that would be 14 dpo (if I ovulated then?)

Has anyone else ever had anything like this happen to them? What was the outcome?
