exercise!

so i started exercising nearly 4 weeks ago on monday feb 1, 2021.

i’m kind of stuck and i do not know how to get rid of banana roll fat, love handles, cellulite, and shape out my hip dips!

I LOVE MYSELF, i’m just trying to be more comfortable in my body. (please do NOT tell me to just love myself because that is the most i motivating thing possible, there is ALWAYS room for CHANGE)

my diet is all over the place but the last few days it’s been on the u healthy side... by that i mean barely eating or eating 2 400+ calorie things in the morning then eating at night again. because i don’t eat in the day

anyone know anything for a healthy diet (no not starving myself) and healthy exercises? i also have chronic back pain, neck pain, and shoulder blade pain (especially the right side.

the swim bottoms cut my butt in half like ever underwear i used to own, so i switched to thongs
