Question

Is it safe to eat liver while pregnant?
Most people say no and when i searched it up, it says the same thing.
Has anyone eaten liver while pregnant?
I know liver has alot of vitamin A
& high in iron ..
I searched up safe meats to eat while pregnant and it said it isnt... But some people say its safe... So im confused ...
Has anyone had liver ?

To be honest you should ask your dr. If you get to much iron it can make you sick.

Yes you can eat liver but not often.  High in iron a good thing and very high in vitamin A which is the downfall.

My OBGYN just told me last week to add liver in my diet to increase my iron intake so I am guessing it's safe to eat. It is high in vitamin A also, so I would eat it in moderation.
