Weight loss?
I’m 20 5’3 and before I got pregnant I weighed about 153, during my pregnancy my last weight was 195, after I had my baby last time I weighed myself I was about 170 and I’m trying so hard to get back at least back near my weight before I got pregnant. Any tips on how, especially my stomach I have loose skin fat and that’s where my most insecurity is at, and I can’t even look at myself in the mirror nor can I sit down because of fatness that I have and it shows so much
I feel like I can never feel good about myself once in my lifetime
