Postpartum night sweats?

Any one else experience or experiencing night sweats?
How long did they last for you? I’m 6 weeks PP and still experiencing them.
Any remedies???

I’m having this! I didn’t even think to make the connection to PP until reading all of you guys experiencing it too! I just make sure to keep water next to my bed and I wear shorts and keep a leg out of the covers 😅

I was having it nightly but they stopped around 3 weeks pp. I would just sleep in very little clothing, no blankets and stand in front of the fan when I woke up

I'm five weeks pp and had one last night. Hadn't happened in a couple of weeks though.

I’m 7 weeks exactly pp and I still get night sweats randomly but they are happening less often as time goes on, my only solution is keeping cold water next to me and stripping 🥴 it’s nothing fancy but it’s practical and works 🥲🤷🏾‍♀️hopefully we won’t have to deal with this much longer🙏🏾
