Positive test after 1 week and took plan b the same day ?

Help! Me and my boyfriend split up and I had sex with another man the week my period was due I took a plan b that same day. Today I got a positive test I’ve been spotting brown for 2-3 days is this positive from just a week or is it my boyfriends? All the hearts are when we had sex the one I circled is the other guy I took a plan b with.
