Discharge question!

Lately I’ve been having so much discharge it feels like I’m peeing a little. It’s either clear or white but when I wipe with a tp it comes off as a very light yellow. Also, I’ve had so much pain when having sex which has never really happened before, it’s kind of like a raw feeling during and after. Any ideas as to what is going on?
