What do you ladies do to promote healthy hair growth for your babies? I prefer natural remedies but I'm open to whatever works best

Tomato soap helps my daughter had little too no hair when she was born my mom told me to buy her tomato soap they sell it at Walgreens she is now 21 mo and has a lot of hair and it’s long and healthy ☺️

All of my kids have gone bald and their hair grew back by 1 years old and when it came back it came back full force! Everybody had long curly hair that is normally a giant fro. 
Don’t try to skip their hair falling out and don’t use products beyond water and shampoo for now.
