Products to increase milk supply?
I am nursing on demand with my 3 week old and pumping during the times where she goes more than 4 or so hours without nursing. I’m averaging about 2 ounces per boob when I pump. So In a normal day I am able to store maybe 8 ounces. I am wanting to increase my supply so I can freeze more milk for when I return to work. Any product recommendations that helped you to increase supply?
