Postnatal things/hospital bag?

Question

I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant and have been told to have my bag ready by 30 weeks Incas of early labour. 
This is my first baby though and my mum passed in 2018 so I don't really have anyone to ask but what do I need for postnatal recovery and what should I pack in my hospital bag?

So I would find out what your hospital provides and what the rules are for your support person and go from there. 
This is what I actually used
I ended up having a emergency csection because baby’s head was stuck. This was also in the middle of Covid, hospital policy was if my husband left, he couldn’t return so we packed as if we were going on vacation 
Toiletries for both of us 
Several days of clothes for dad pjs
Swim trunks 
Comfy loose coming home outfit for me
A sleeper in 2 different sizes for baby for coming home, I kept her naked doing skin to skin most of the time 
Super soft blanket for snuggling baby 
Flip flops- my feet swelled so much they wouldn’t fit in my regular shoes 
Water bottle 
Snacks and drinks- lots
A few pillows 
Lanolin 
Phone chargers and battery pack
Laptop 
Hospital provided:
Diapers, shirts for baby if wanted, nail file, burp cloths, swaddle/receiving blankets(steal them wish we took more than two)
