Should I stay with him just so he could pay for my surgery?

Okay so me and my husband have already been fighting I want a divorce but he doesn’t but with the tax money he will pay for my surgery for my lipo bbl tummy tuck. Some of the money from the taxes will also be my money. I feel resentment towards him the sex sucks before we got married he ate me out and did everything to me then he changed. He just thinks about putting it in and that’s it. I’m just holding all my towards him until September then I will move out since he doesn’t understand I want a divorce but he says he can’t move out either. He is selfish he just says that he pay for my surgery because maybe after that I will change but I hate him so much. To get rid of all the hate I feel it will take a long time. I might never forgive what he did to me changing up on me. Ignoring me. Only on his phone. Not giving me the love or attention I need anymore.
