Dropped in percentiles?

My baby is 2 1/2 months and went from the 86% in weight at birth to the 38% at two months. She was doing great at weight gain up until now. My milk supply is great (will spray three streams and give 4-5oz in 10-15 minutes) and when I leave it in the fridge it has a thick layer of cream on top. She is happy and even has rolls on her neck, arms, and legs. She is meeting and exceeding milestones for her age. Doc says he isn’t worried yet, but we will check again at 4 months...she has plenty of wet and dirty diapers. Sometimes she will poop 3-4 times in a day! Do you think she is okay or is there something I should maybe try to see if it helps? Thank you!
