Abs exercises at 20+ Weeks
Anyone still doing ab exercises at their mid way point or past it?
I’m 21 weeks and still doing the same exercise and specifically ab workouts as before pregnancy.
I haven’t felt the need to change Bc nothing hurts or is uncomfortable and I don’t have trouble doing my routines.
Wanted to see if any mommas out there similar or if there’s any concern?
I had my 20 week anatomy appointment and baby is growing normal and all good 😌 thanks!
