Touch aversion

I'm just under 6 weeks and just recently I've been experiencing not wanting to be touched. Usually me and my fiancee are cuddle bugs but now I have no interest in anything more then holding hands. Its making me feel sad for him because I know he misses it. Has anyone else experienced this? How long will it last? Any info is appreciated
