Feel like the head is coming out

Hey guys. I don't know if anyone has experienced this or it's just normal. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I'm 5 months pregnant. It feels like the head is coming out all day, everyday (I know it's not coming out ). I looked at my privates today and it looked abit odd too. It's just so uncomfortable
