Still can't believe I'm pregnant

I'm 13+3 and I'm feeling a lot better. I'm not as queasy anymore and I have a little bit more energy. Feeling good has me feeling suspicious that something might be wrong. I can't believe there's a little person inside me? Does anyone else feel this way? I'm trying to calm my nerves. I have an appointment coming up March 8. I'll be a little over 14 weeks. I'm a little nervous, I hope my baby is still growing. I'm planning to announce on my birthday on St Patty's Day. My husband's birthday is the next day 💚 I just want everything to be ok.
