Bleeding can mean many different things, some of which do not mean anything necessarily threatening the pregnancy. But yes you need to see a doctor. Good luck honey

Normal I had my implantation bleeding like that at 6 weeks, was confirmed by my doctor, you're fine! Relax, your baby is stuck to you like glue now lol

I had the same bleeding when I was five weeks. Implantation. Everything was fine. And I'm almost 11 weeks now :)
