What does this look like

We completely deep cleaned his room and mattress sheets everything but he still woke up like this. We’re pretty sure it’s from his room and not outdoor activity bc he wakes up like this and we always wash hands and change clothes after coming home . Urggggggg

They are more than likely bed bug bites. They usually bite the limbs and torso of little ones they also usually make bite marks in groups of three. Do you live in a apartment by any chance? They could be coming from the apartment next door. Check the mattress along the stitching and look for small black or red watermelon shaped looking specs. If you do see them call an exterminator asap and ask for a heat treatment to kill them all. My hubby is a rental manager and sees it quite often. Your poor little guy good luck mama
