Anyone 5 weeks having symptoms? If so, what are they?

I am cramping on and off and I'm nauseous!

I'm 5w2d and the nausea hit full force three days ago. I've had sore boobs and fatigue since around 3 1/2 weeks, but the nausea is a game changer. My doctor prescribed me Diclegis today, so I'm hoping that will help.

Bloating! It feels like I'm constantly needing to pee! Not a water infection. Sore boobs and feel really sleepy by 1pm everyday. Cramping and twinges, noticeable but not really painful. Currently 5weeks5days!
