28 day cycle, OVU CD18?

Hi all!  First time posting... I’m turning 36, live in Hawaii, ttc 2 cycles now with my husband.  Have tracked with OPK the last two months, my cycle is *exactly* 28 days, but I don’t get a positive OPK until CD16/17...  Wondering if anyone else experiences this??  I’m worried there is not enough time in my luteal phase 🥺

i wouldnt be *too* concerned bc your cycle is regular and you can track it. ovulation on day 16 isnt exactly abnormal. that being said, there are things you can do to improve your luteal phase length. there could be a slight hormone imbalance. look up seed cycling and phase length hormonal balancing. it probably wouldnt take much. improving sleep quality, diet, and exercise are everything for hormonal balance. start bbt tracking if you arent already. and find ways to elevate your mood when you start over thinking. good luck dear!
