Anybody know what this ball under my baby’s eye could be?

Might be a bug bite or my daughter gets those sometimes and they pop up on her face and neck and her doc said it was oil trapped under the skin and to lightly exfoliate. It was due to her sensitive skin but defiantly confirm with the doctor.

I am wondering if it is a swollen gland. I would send a message with a picture to your pediatrician. Does he have a runny nose or anything else going on?
