My 3 months old baby has diarrhea 🙁
My baby I think it has diarrhea, bc most of the time that I fed him, after 5 minutes he’s pooped, just like a big fart, he is now 100%formula, something I gave him gripe water for the gases, but now it worries me, how can you tell if is diarrhea? The 2 picture below one was from this morning and the last one was the last fed today. He pooped like 5 times today so far.
