Weird period symptoms

Please tell me I am not the only one who can’t poop because everytime you bear down your rectum spasms and literally makes you want to punch through a wall....

Honestly, since I have had pelvic floor therapy I have noticed this happening more. My pelvic pain doc told me that is a symptom of endometriosis. So I opted to have my laparoscopic procedure done. She removed a tiny little area and it came back benign something. Not endometriosis. So WHY THE BUTTHOLE CRAMPING!!!!!!

It’s almost worse than period cramps
