Workouts recs
Had my second csection on 1/21. I only gained 30lb but baby was a biggin at 9lb 11oz. With that, I had a lot of stretch in my hips and some ab separation. I was cleared this week to start working out but the lack of core strength has me wondering where to start? Any recommendations? I am starting to walk regularly and I am SORE! I can hardly lift my legs 😅
