Elevated liver enzymes ?? Can it be from anti nausea meds?!?

My doctor called me today that I need to get an iron infusion before baby comes (c section) just to get a jump start for my blood .. iron levels a little low .. but she said that my liver enzymes were higher! Don’t know why ! I have been taking Unisom and b-6 since 10 weeks for nausea and vomiting and maybe related to this ?￼￼￼ has anyone experienced this

I thought elevated liver enzymes could cause that itchy thing pregnant girls get .. I forgot what it’s called but it makes u itchy especially hands and feet

That shouldn’t cause elevated liver enzymes unless you’re abusing it (taking more than the recommended dosage) but you could try going without and see if it resolves
