I’m 35 weeks preggo, super hormonal and beyond tired so pardon me for the incoming rant.

I have a 1.5 yo son and I’m expecting my second little prince. In my baby shower invitations there was clearly my registery address, and when you open it I wrote “.....We kindly ask that you purchase only the items listed in this registery. Please note that we have saved all of the clothes from our first son so there is no need for more clothes...”

Well I ended up getting not only gifts they were NOT on my registery even though I asked to purchase only them, but also a heck lot of CLOTHES!! Ugh and it bugs me because 1) we have too much already and 2) they’re not my style or quality at all so I’ll never have my son wear them.

If you’re someone who doesn’t buy from the registery even when there is one, can you please enlighten me as to why do people do that?

And there’s no need for mean comments about me not being appreciative etc. I’m sure there’s someone who reads this and is bothered but I’m feeling super cranky right now and need to rant lol. I appreciate the help and love from everyone, but right now I’m frustrated with the gifts and feel like ranting. I’m not perfect.
