I did it after giving birth to my son
Its so hard to get rid of baby fat while having to be a mother we dont get much or no time for work outs, we rest when you get free time or take a long shower etc. im proud of myself before pregnancy i was 138lb while pregnant i went all the way up to 180lb and now guess what im 120lb.
We can do this, we can cut the fat if we stay consistent. Well i didnt do much workouts because i have a cry baby i hardly even get time for myself but i made it work with my own method 🙌🏾.
