My two year old son’s dentist wants me to start giving him tap water two-three times a day for fluoride. We just got off a boil notice and in the apartment we live in, we have black stuff that occasionally comes out in our water so we don’t drink it. (For the past two years) I do however brush my son’s teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. I obviously wants to do what’s best for my kid but I NEVER thought giving him tap water was best.. thoughts? Any alternatives I could do instead? TIA.
