At uni and pregnant! Help!

Hi, I'm 29 yrs old (so what they call a mature student ?) and am about to return to university for the final year of my degree and am currently 21 wks with my first baby ?

I was just wondering if anyone else is in/has been in the same situation as I am beginning to feel anxious about returning to uni due to the high stress/work levels (dissertation time!) and how it may affect me and my little bambino....
