Prenatal Yoga for Back Pain

I have been having terrible back pain in my second trimester and trouble sleeping. I tried turning the mattress, body pillows, even sleeping sitting up. But prenatal yoga helped me get a full nights sleep last night with no aching hips.

I have done the back relief one and the open hips to relieve morning back pain and help sleep at night. It's awesome.
