You want to know if carbonated water is safe to drink during pregnancy?....... this might be one of the wildest ones I’ve seen yet.

Yes it’s safe. For some though carbonation can trigger nausea or make heart burn worse. But it’s not unsafe.

Sparkling water is fine. Maybe you’re thinking of alka-seltzer water? You shouldn’t drink that because it contains aspirin. But sparkling water and regular seltzer water is totally fine.
