I was cramping last night and had trouble sleeping. I was able to fall asleep however. This morning I woke up and I feel extremely uncomfortable. My lover abdomen just feels weird like tight almost and I feel like I’m going to throw up for almost an hour now. I get random pain in my lower back but they’re not consistent or anything. I just feel off. I’ve been losing my plug for about a week now every time I pee but no bloody show and my stool has been “different the past few days

Also idk if tight is the right word but it feels weird definitely
