What do you pregnant mamas use on your dogs for flea and tick preventative?

I use soresto collars I had my husband put them on them, I never worried about if it was unsafe for me, I guess I never thought about that

If you go to the vet they have a oral pill.  None of the gels ever worked on my dog.  We would have an infestation but since he’s started on the oral flea medicine the fleas are completely gone
