I’ve been having 2 everyday and I’m 19 weeks
Eggs are more common then other foods to be spoiled. So I think that’s why it’s suggested. If it tastes or smells off, don’t eat it.

I threw up my egg immediately lol. Sure fixed that craving 😂. If you’re eating it normally then I’d say you’re okay. Just don’t overdo it. I’m not a doctor tho. Just a lover of eggs haha.

Love over easy eggs! That is my go to. Asked my doctor and she said it was a no BUT could have the occasional one. As long as I didn't have one everyday, it was ok. It is lent and we are catholic so I am glad I can have one every so often. I have one about once a month.
