Hi all,

I am a mother to a 7 year old boy and I also have a 3 month old baby girl. My son is a very sweet child, he’s kind and will play with anyone who asks.

This afternoon he was outside playing with the neighbors and the little girl threw hard ice snow at his face. I watched from the window went outside and told the little girl not to do that again.

My husband got upset at me for defending our son because he said he should stick up for himself. My son was crying and he just isn’t the kind of child to speak up.

Thoughts on this was I wrong? As his mom I feel the need to always protect my
