How can I lose weight while nursing?

I'm 190lbs 😪 i have to lose weight i feel ugly. I'm 2 months pp and nursing so I'm scared for my supply to drop.
Any tips or videos I can watch?????

Honestly I found it extremely hard to loose weight while breastfeeding but as soon as I stopped I lost 20 lbs like butter

Honestly I couldn’t lose weight while nursing it affected my supply too much. Enjoy and feed that baby. Im 16mo pp and at 14mo i just started to diet and I just stopped breastfeeding this week.

I am so sorry you feel like that, I love breastfeeding but i would honestly prioritize my feelings i am a believer that if I am happy baby will be happier.. but if you really want to get on diet i recommend the keto diet since you eat fats it goes hand in hand with breastfeeding but do your research before you start.

You will lose weight by breastfeeding in itself. Give your body time 2 months isn't a long time.

Eat healthy and exercise. You don’t want to cut out too many calories because you need them for your supply! But working out and easy healthy calories is a good start. :)
