Best birth control method (in your experience)

I need to go on birth control because I’ve found myself taking too many emergency contraceptives and impacting my cycle. It’s so many options and they all have so many pros and cons, I’m truly conflicted. So I wanted to see what the consensus were 😩 help!!!
