Working after baby ?FTM in need of advice

Hi I currently work a job on rotating shifts 7am-3pm with 4 days 3-11pm 2 days off and 11pm-7pm with one day off.They have a rotation where you can get stuck to work 4 -8 extra hours past your shift and this can happen randomly whenever it’s your turn which at times can be often depending on call off etc.This will be my first child and I need advice on if it’s best to quit this job and just be a stay at home mom or keep working.My only fear is that the job pays really well and I’m scared it will be hard to get another job starting off with the same amount if I do quit and start working later.My child’s father and I aren’t married however he does feel I should consider staying home cause the baby will need me.Currently the only person who could possibly watch her is his mom if she quit her job which she has told him she wouldn’t mind doing.I’m just stressed trying to figure out what will be best cause I will be sad to leave her when she is so little.All opinions would be appreciated.
