Is this normal poo for a 33 month old???
Is this normal??? His poo is soft and a yellowish green colour with very dark and very hard pebble bits inside??? He has been doing this 3 times a day for a week.
Backstory; he had diarrhoea for 3 weeks and was going 10 times a day. No other issues as fair as vomiting, or feeling unwell. I was told it was a viral infection, nobody ever bothered to look into it properly despite me insisting and demanding tests. I ordered an intolerance test online and the results came back he is highly intolerant to milk. (Weird because he has milk daily, cheese, yogurt, all dairy you name it and he has been amazing, no issues). I am hoping it is secondary lactose intolerance due to the viral infection.
Normally before all of this he would go once a day and it would be normal looking.
I am so confused. Is this his body getting used to a lactose free diet??? Old stool from when he had diarrhoea??? Or should I be calling a doctor??? Everytime I do I am put off like it is nothing. They refuse to test him, or even see him because of COVID. I know this is not normal for him but I don't know if the change in diet has caused this or not???
