Working momma's when do yall plan on going on maternity leave, or have you?

38 weeks tomorrow and made today my last day, I just couldn't do it anymore, I was so exhausted. My employer actually tried making me feel like crap for doing so since I haven't actually gone into labor yet... Anyone else have this problem?

37 weeks and a stay at home mama for a few

I'm 29 weeks, still early. But I'm on mandatory over time for the next month. Working 7am to 5pm. Working as a vehicle detailer and pregnant is hard as hell. Lol. My OB is determined that I slow down, but I cannot. I need to work to have money. Hoping to get to 36weeks before I take my leave. Fingers crossed! 🤞

I PLAN on working until I deliver but I’m 32 weeks right now. I may have a much different attitude/my body telling me to stop by 38 weeks.

Screw working that late in pregnancy, way to hard on the body.

I'm leaving my job at 36 weeks to be SAHM. I already have a toddler and day care would have been almost all my paycheck so we're going to make it work on one income. 
I worked up to delivery with my first baby and it was really hard on me mentally and physically. I wish I had taken a little more time but baby came 2 weeks early so it likely wouldn't have mattered either way.

I’ll be stopping work at 36 weeks.  Couple of weeks annual leave before starting my maternity leave at 38 weeks (uk)
