So after I had my ectopic pregnancy and surgery, I feel like a totally different person. I have new menstruating symptoms, including nausea before and sometimes during ovulation. I just recently started tracking my ovulation and it says I am suppose to be ovulating the 5th. I started getting nauseous this morning and last night was super hot (when normally I need 3 blankets to sleep). Could I be ovulating early?
