Annoying person here sorry

I know it has to be so annoying seeing another post asking for your twin mom experience but here I am. Lol. I had a weird scare the other day and so I got an early scan I was supposed to be 6+3 but must have had my dates wrong because I was measuring 5+5 and in the scan I could see one yolk sac and one tiny blob that was fluttering and one other blob a little smaller that wasn’t. Now they said that the heart rate was low on 80BPM but she said the heart literally could have started beating yesterday and that’s why it’s low still.

My question is what does that other spot look like ? I’ve never seen any other spot on any other ultrasound I’ve had or looked up.

Also is it possible that there is two babies and one heart hadn’t started yet at time of ultrasound?

I have another scan in two weeks to check on the baby and make sure heart rate is stronger and ect. But I didn’t think to ask about the spot I was just glad I wasn’t miscarrying.
