Why has my cycle length changed

I'm confused.... Used to be 30-32 day cycle the last 2 cycles I'm now on 38 day cycle. I'm so confused why it has changed. Any ideas?

It means you ovulated later than usual or didn't ovulate at all. Stress can cause delayed ovulation.

I have a 21 day blood test next week and doctor is on board with our conception issues. I think it may be stress but who knows xx

Could be stress related or health wise, periods are relatively normal (maybe) but a drastic life change or stress could alter it slightly. Don't take my advice to heart, consult your doctor to be sure👍🏼
