not really. i was told take mine in the morning but that no time does not matter. just in the morning with food because it’s a stimulant and will keep you awake if you take it at night

I’m just a routine person as it is but I believe it’s good to take it at the same time every day so it’s the same level of med in your system every time if that even makes sense? Lol that’s how my brain works 🥴🙃😂
