I’m 14 and today my boyfriend broke up with me for no reason he said that he didn’t want a girlfriend anymore and I’m heart broken and confused. I thought he really loved me. I think I’m pregnant I’ve been dizzy lately and having food aversions and nausea and sore breast. I don’t know if I should tell him he doesn’t wanna be with me anymore. What should I do?
