Vitex REALLY screwed up my cycle. I don't recommend it to anyone without their doctor's approval.

I had a reallyyyyy bad experience with these. 
It made me extremely mentally unstable and made me feel like I was going CRAZY. 
My husband is taking the men’s and so far so good. 
I talked to my RE and she said if your going to start Vitex or Myo do it separately, not all at once. It can have different results for different ppl but woah.. didnt do good with my body at all! Baby dust to you! Good luck!!! 🥰❤️

It delayed ovulation for me so I stopped taking them.  I dont recommend unless you have  trouble ovulating.

It regulated my cycle for sure but idk if it helped me concieve cuz I did use mucinex the month I conceived as well.

YES! And my man took the male ones as well. We conceived my first cycle of trying them after having no success for 9 months.
