Frustrated

So I have been trying for 3 months for baby number 2 after being on the implant for a year or 2 and the avra patch for a year. My daughter is nearly 4 now and from a previous relationship. I stopped birth control start of September and last week we booked our wedding for September 2017. So now I'm thinking should I wait and enjoy my wedding with no baby needs or should I keep trying I'm only 27 so there's not a rush I just want everything now now NOW. Haha sorry I needed to rant anyone else in a similar situation?
